Accessibility

Responsiveness to Complaints

Awards Process
A three-step overview of how businesses are evaluated, selected, and recognized in the American Consumer Awards.
1. Preliminary Research
We begin by identifying award categories that are meaningful to consumers’ daily lives.
Based on industry-specific criteria, we investigate and assess eligible businesses by analyzing consumer reviews over a period of one to three months.
Top candidates are selected and notified via official mail.
2. Notification & Application
Businesses identified as top candidates will receive a nomination letter with instructions to submit their application.
Only those who complete the application are eligible for final evaluation.
Submission is free of charge; however, selected recipients will be required to complete a final registration step.
3. Final Evaluation & Award Announcement
We conduct a final evaluation based on industry-specific standards.
Businesses selected as award recipients will be officially announced through the media.
Award items such as plaques, certificates, medals, and digital assets are issued to registered recipients.
