
Purpose and Mission
The American Consumer Awards – Restaurant aims to promote the growth of the dining industry by selecting and introducing establishments that provide high-quality food and services, which have received high evaluations from consumers, to the public.

Criteria
The award criteria for the ACA Restaurant are as follows:
Food Satisfaction

This criterion reflects consumers' overall satisfaction with the food, including taste and freshness.
Facility Satisfaction
This criterion assesses the overall satisfaction with facility management, including cleanliness and interior design of the establishment.
Reasonableness of Pricing
This criterion assesses whether the pricing of the food is reasonable considering the taste, quality, and overall services provided by the establishment.
Accessibility
This criterion evaluates the ease of access to the establishment, including transportation options and parking facilities.
Staff Friendliness
This criterion evaluates how well the staff interact with customers, including their friendliness, helpfulness, and cooperativeness.
Based on these criteria, the final evaluation will be conducted through consumer assessments, and only the top 1% of restaurants within each state will be selected and officially announced.
Awards Process
A three-step overview of how businesses are evaluated, selected, and recognized in the American Consumer Awards.
1. Preliminary Research
We begin by identifying award categories that are meaningful to consumers’ daily lives.
Based on industry-specific criteria, we investigate and assess eligible businesses by analyzing consumer reviews over a period of one to three months.
Top candidates are selected and notified via official mail.
2. Notification & Application
Businesses identified as top candidates will receive a nomination letter with instructions to submit their application.
Only those who complete the application are eligible for final evaluation.
Submission is free of charge; however, selected recipients will be required to complete a final registration step.
3. Final Evaluation & Award Announcement
We conduct a final evaluation based on industry-specific standards.
Businesses selected as award recipients will be officially announced through the media.
Award items such as plaques, certificates, medals, and digital assets are issued to registered recipients.

All applications are evaluated individually on a rolling basis, typically within approximately 5 to 10 business days of submission. Only applicants approved in the final evaluation will be notified individually via email and text message.
Public award announcements will continue to be made in scheduled batches, as outlined on the official awards schedule page. This approach provides timely individual feedback to each applicant while maintaining an organized and fair timeline for publicly recognizing all award recipients.

Internet Press Coverage
The results of the awards will be announced through online news outlets.

Emblem
We provide award emblems with the award year indicated, which recipients can freely use on their websites.

Certificate and Medal
A certificate and medal will be issued, along with a web certificate image file that can be posted online.

Poster
An A3-sized poster indicating the awards results will be issued.

Metal Plaque
A metal plaque (7.8" * 7.8") indicating the awards results will be issued, along with an image file of the metal plaque.

Sticker
A sticker(4.7" * 4.7") certifying the awards and the year it was awarded will be provided.

We provide web banners in various sizes, including A4, square, and 300x250, with details of the award that can be used online.

Submitting an application is free of charge and open only to businesses that have received an official nomination letter from American Consumer Assessment Inc.
If selected as a final award recipient, a separate registration process and fee will be required to complete participation.

Awardee Notification by Email
After final evaluations are completed, selected recipients will receive an official registration notice via email.
Only businesses that receive this notification are eligible to proceed with the registration process.
This ensures that only qualified businesses continue to the next stage of the awards program.

Final Registration
Award recipients must complete the registration process by the specified deadline to confirm participation. A registration fee of $499 is required to proceed. This fee covers evaluation operations, production of award items, and press publication. Upon completion, recipients will receive official award items—including plaques, certificates, and digital assets—for promotional use. Failure to register within the given timeframe will result in disqualification, and the opportunity will be granted to the next eligible business that meets the selection criteria to ensure a comprehensive announcement.
